Order 1/10 and delivered 19/10. 5 elastic rubber bands, 2 hand handles, 2 foot handles, 1 door holder and 4 elastic bands. It also comes with your storage bag and a brochure with exercises. You can't ask for more for less. I recommend.

    Very happy with the product, I arrive within deadlines, and that if it had taken a little longer, nothing happens either, coming from China, not two streets down.

    Material quality is good and it is a product I recommend for those who do not have a gym and they want to work out at home, in a park or if you are traveling (pleasure or work), if where you stay you don't have a gym.

    The truth is a very good choice, it doesn't take up space, it doesn't need space to be used, so it's a totally recommended option.
